Energize the Group -- Reception for New Staff

In March, the warm and bright spring brought CEA a group of excellent new staff. Under different backgrounds, they gathered here together to participate in the onboarding.

 

High Regard and Careful Organize

To help the new staff fully understand and integrate into the CEA culture, all departments carried out careful planning and arrangements. During this onboarding week, the chairman and managers of all departments acted as lecturers, making in-depth teaching for them. By their leadership, the new staff became more motivated and confident in the integration of the company.

 

Full Preparation and Move Forward

To understand each staff better, Anlen Tan, chairman of CEA, specifically made symposia with them. In the meeting, Anlen emphasized that CEA provides colleagues with agreat platform to display their talents and they will harvest through their hard work and wisdom.

 

Focus on Learning and Share Experience

As the saying goes, teach a man how to fish and he will eat for a lifetime.By analyzing cease, Damon Liu, the VP of CEA, taught the new staff ways of becoming qualified sales. At the same time, he talked about how to cope with the situations that may occur in during pre-sales, follow-up, and after-sales service. In addition, Mr. Huang, the purchasing manager, explained the details of hot-selling products and analyzed the market and customers’ needs.

 

Full Interactions and Professional Instructions

To help new staff become more expertized, CEA invited leaders of the sales department, purchasing department, suppliers, technical team, and QC team to give them lessons. Combining their professions and experiences, these teachers gave courses on three businesses of the company, electrical goods, LED lighting, and portable power stations. Despite that, the Q&A also helps them get a better understanding of the product.

 

Fulfill Duty and Realize Standard

To introduce the company’s document management standard, financial management, and five key factors of leadership, Wang Zan, tax manager, Janet Ye, chairman assistant, Adam Wang, office administrator, and Jamie Chen, vice office administrator made wonderful classes for them to get full understand of the company operation process.

 

As this one-week onboarding ends, we hope that our new colleagues will integrate into the CEA group and have a fulfilling, confident, and happy life here.
